Inside Technical Sales Coordinator

Metalcraft Mining Equipment Rebuilders, Inc. – Gilboa, WV

Metalcraft Mining Equipment Rebuilders, Inc. is seeking an Inside Technical Sales Coordinator to support component and technical sales operations in a manufacturing environment. This role handles customer inquiries, prepares quotes, processes orders, and coordinates closely with the production team to ensure accurate and timely order fulfillment.

Key Responsibilities
· Field customer inquiries regarding components, pricing, and specifications
· Prepare technical quotes and assist with product selection
· Source components and materials to fill orders
· Process customer orders accurately and efficiently
· Coordinate with production and internal teams to meet delivery timelines
· Track orders, update records, and maintain accurate sales data
· Provide high-quality customer service and technical support
· Other duties and responsibilities as assigned

Qualifications
· High School Diploma
· Experience working in a parts or service department or in the heavy equipment or construction industry preferred
· Experience in technical sales, manufacturing, industrial parts, or a related field will be considered
· Must be willing and able to multi-task, problem-solve, and communicate technical information clearly
· Must be willing and able to pay strong attention to detail and to apply excellent organizational skills
· Must be proficient with ERP systems and Microsoft Office
